Online Giving – Q & A

Welcome to the Life360 Online Giving Q & A Page.  Many of us already pay our bills online and are finding it increasingly easier to do that.  Life360 offers this same service with online giving. Here are a few questions and answers that might help you understand our online giving program.

Which method is better – giving at the worship service or giving online?
If you like the physical act of placing your gift in the plate during a worship service, then please continue to do that.  If you find giving online easier, then by all means use it.  We believe that it’s not the method that you use to give that’s important; it is the spirit in which the gift is given.

Does this cost the church anything?
Yes – Life360 does pay a small fee for each transaction that is processed, and an additional amount if you use a credit or debit card (see the question on credit cards).

Wait a minute — you accept credit cards?  (Would Dave Ramsey approve?)
Our online payment processor will accept Bank Account Transfers (ACH) or Credit/Debit cards.  We would encourage you to use your Bank Account for most transactions if possible.  We do not want people to run up debt with their credit cards to help fund operations at our church or any of our ministries - we do not feel that this would be considered good stewardship of your finances.  However, this option is available for your use.  For regular attenders that are setting up a recurring gift, we would suggest that you use a Bank Account transfer.

Can I set up a recurring monthly gift?
Yes – you can give one-time gifts or recurring monthly gifts - it’s totally up to you.  You will set up an account with the transaction processor (accessed by clicking the “Give Online” button).  Using that account, you can set up recurring gifts or change your amounts any time you want.

Can I give to a specific site or ministry?
Yes.  After clicking on the “Give Online”, you will be able to select the campus you wish to give to, as well as designate toward tithe, missions, Vision360 pledges, and other ministries.

How do I get started?
Return to the previous online giving page and click on the “Online Giving” button on the right hand side of the page.
